I ve owned this scanner since 2018. This unit is power by the OBD II port, batteries are Only used if you re using it without plugging in. This scanner has always worked excellent, it never had an issue. Touchscreen, bi-directional, good batteries and a great tool to have for sure.
Updated to 17.4. Cable has a piece of the housing missing as seen in pictures, this never affected its usability.
