Includes everything pictured. Have not used in a few years and no longer have the laptop I it with so cannot fully test. It can be used with heavy duty/commercial vehicles and comes all the necessary accessories for complete diagnostic experience. Unit and cables are in great condition was used only a handful of times before I retired.
