I purchased this new from Ross-Tech when owned a 2010 VW Etta TDI. It was only used with one car however these older interfaces support unlimited VINs. I used it to cycle the fuel pumps when changing diesel filter. You Can find it under Hardware->Legacy Interfaces.

I have since sold my VW and no longer need this. It is like new and still supported with the latest VCDS software.
