There are aftermarket automotive diagnostic tool company's that can do it for the field. Works but needs to be updated new user. Real micro pod II with usb cord and placard not clone. Sold as in because I dont have proper wi-tech or dealer connect/ tsp subscription to change registered user.
You can either mail the pod to them or do it online.I got this from a Mopar tech few years ago and used at his house so I know works.he passed away dont have credentials.It be blue tooth via usb cord once its registered.These things pretty much everything on your 96 up Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram Fiat vehicle.
